How it works

From “I want to play” to GAME ON.

NearestGame sits between guest intent and hotel operations: guests make themselves discoverable, compatible people join the same activity, and the hotel decides how confirmation should happen.

MATCH FLOW
A simple lifecycle
1Guest joins
2Compatible guest joins
3Automatic or manager confirmation
4WhatsApp GAME ON
5Roster stays open until capacity
Guest side

The guest does only what matters.

The flow is intentionally short enough to use while walking past a court, sitting by the pool or deciding what to do that afternoon.

1

Open the hotel board

Scan the property QR. No store download and no account creation.

2

Choose the activity

Select a sport or shared experience configured by the hotel.

3

Pick the exact time

The board generates real sessions using the hotel’s operating window, game length and cleanup gap.

4

Add preferences

Choose age group, Men / Women / Mixed and Beginner / Advanced.

5

Join the board

Your display name appears with other compatible guests at the property.

6

Get GAME ON

Once confirmation happens, WhatsApp alerts can notify guests that the game is ready.

Matching logic

Guests meet inside the same game definition.

A match is not just “someone else chose tennis.” NearestGame groups guests using the hotel’s configured session plus the choices that matter to the guest.

Hotel side

The hotel defines the operating rules once.

The guest experience then follows those rules automatically.

◷

Operating window

Choose first start and final finish time. If closing is after midnight, NearestGame keeps the same hotel service day.

↔

Session design

Choose game duration and the cleanup or turnover gap between sessions.

♙

Capacity

Set the player count per activity so a confirmed group can keep filling until it is actually full.

✓

Confirmation

Choose automatic confirmation or manager approval for the property.

¤

Pricing

Mark each activity free or paid and show the hotel’s own pricing note.

✦

Presentation

Use the hotel’s name, logo and visual background on the guest board.

Confirmation logic

Two ways to reach GAME ON.

⚡

Automatic mode

When the minimum match is formed, NearestGame confirms it immediately and releases the notification flow. More matching guests can still join until the configured capacity is reached.

👤

Manager approval mode

Once enough compatible guests join, the Manager panel shows the match as waiting. Staff confirms it before GAME ON and WhatsApp are released.

Built for a temporary hotel interaction.

NearestGame deliberately asks for less than a traditional social or booking app because the use case is simpler: help people at the same property coordinate a shared activity.
