NearestGame is a digital notice board that helps members of a venue find others to play sports with. You reach it by scanning a QR code — there are no accounts, no registration, and no app to install.
When you sign up to play: your first name or chosen display name, and the sport, time of day, and age group you select. Your display name and selections are shown publicly on the venue's board to other members. Please use only a first name or nickname. Optionally, if you tap "Enable WhatsApp alerts," you send us a short code from your own WhatsApp and we receive your number from that message — your number is never shown to other members. We collect no email, no password, no payment details, no precise location, and no date of birth (age group is a self-selected band only).
When a venue subscribes to NearestGame, we collect the information needed to set up and operate its board: the venue's business/commercial name, commercial registration (CR) details where applicable, the contact details of its authorized representative(s), and the sports and facilities it offers. This partner information is used only to provide and manage the service for that venue and is not shown to guests beyond the venue name and its available sports.
To display the day's board to members at the same venue; to notify you when someone joins your game; and to let venue staff operate the board. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Other members at the same venue see your display name and game selections for the current day only. WhatsApp numbers are visible only to authorised venue staff and are never shown to other members. Our processors (Supabase for database/hosting; Meta for WhatsApp delivery) process data on our behalf. We share data with no one else unless required by law.
The board resets every day at the venue's local midnight. Signup records, including any WhatsApp number, are deleted automatically no later than 30 days after the day they were created. You may remove your own entry at any time using the × on your name.
The board includes age categories so children can find playmates their own age. Entries for children should be created by a parent or guardian using the child's first name only. WhatsApp alerts are intended for adults/guardians. We do not knowingly collect contact information from children.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (and, where applicable, the EU GDPR) you may access, correct, or delete your personal data and object to its processing. The fastest route is the × button on your own entry; for anything else, contact support@nearestgame.com.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. WhatsApp numbers are stored separately from the public board and are never exposed to member-facing pages. Venue manager access is protected by hashed credentials and expiring sessions. We deliberately minimise what we hold.

NearestGame لوحة إعلانات رقمية تساعد أعضاء المكان على إيجاد من يلعبون معهم. تصل إليها بمسح رمز QR — لا حسابات، ولا تسجيل، ولا تطبيق للتحميل.
عند التسجيل للعب: اسمك الأول أو اسم مستعار تختاره، والرياضة والوقت والفئة العمرية التي تحددها. يظهر اسمك المستعار واختياراتك علناً على لوحة المكان لبقية الأعضاء. يُرجى استخدام الاسم الأول أو لقب فقط. اختيارياً، إذا فعّلت "تنبيهات واتساب" فإنك ترسل لنا رمزاً قصيراً من واتساب الخاص بك ونستقبل رقمك من تلك الرسالة — ولا يظهر رقمك أبداً لبقية الأعضاء. لا نجمع بريداً إلكترونياً، ولا كلمة مرور، ولا بيانات دفع، ولا موقعاً دقيقاً، ولا تاريخ ميلاد (الفئة العمرية اختيار ذاتي فقط).
عند اشتراك مكان في نيرست قيم، نجمع المعلومات اللازمة لإعداد لوحته وتشغيلها: الاسم التجاري للمكان، وبيانات السجل التجاري عند وجودها، وبيانات التواصل الخاصة بالمفوّض/المفوّضين المخوّلين، والرياضات والمرافق التي يوفّرها. تُستخدم بيانات الشريك هذه فقط لتقديم الخدمة وإدارتها لذلك المكان، ولا تُعرض للنزلاء باستثناء اسم المكان والرياضات المتاحة فيه.
لعرض لوحة اليوم لأعضاء المكان نفسه، ولإشعارك عند انضمام لاعب إلى لعبتك، ولتمكين موظفي المكان من تشغيل اللوحة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها في الإعلانات.
يرى بقية الأعضاء في نفس المكان اسمك المستعار واختياراتك لليوم الحالي فقط. أرقام واتساب مرئية فقط لموظفي المكان المخوّلين ولا تظهر أبداً لبقية الأعضاء. يعالج مزوّدو الخدمة لدينا (Supabase لقاعدة البيانات والاستضافة، وMeta لتوصيل رسائل واتساب) البيانات نيابةً عنا. لا نشارك البيانات مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا تطلّب النظام ذلك.
تُعاد تهيئة اللوحة كل يوم عند منتصف الليل بتوقيت المكان. تُحذف سجلات التسجيل، بما فيها أي رقم واتساب، تلقائياً خلال مدة لا تتجاوز ٣٠ يوماً من تاريخ إنشائها. يمكنك إزالة تسجيلك في أي وقت عبر علامة × بجوار اسمك.
تتضمن اللوحة فئات عمرية ليجد الأطفال رفاق لعب من أعمارهم. يجب أن يُنشئ ولي الأمر تسجيلات الأطفال باستخدام الاسم الأول للطفل فقط. تنبيهات واتساب مخصصة للبالغين وأولياء الأمور. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات تواصل من الأطفال.
بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (وعند الاقتضاء اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR) يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها والاعتراض على معالجتها. أسرع طريقة هي علامة × بجوار تسجيلك؛ ولأي أمر آخر تواصل عبر support@nearestgame.com.
تُنقل البيانات عبر HTTPS. تُخزَّن أرقام واتساب بمعزل عن اللوحة العامة ولا تظهر أبداً في صفحات الأعضاء. يُحمى دخول مدير المكان بكلمة مرور مُجزّأة وجلسات تنتهي صلاحيتها. نتعمّد تقليل ما نحتفظ به إلى أدنى حد.
