NearestGame is an intermediary technical tool for coordinating times and activities between the members of the venue that displays it. Neither the platform, its owner, nor the host venue bears any legal, civil, or criminal responsibility for the conduct, behaviour, words, or actions of users during meetings or games arranged through it. Each user bears full personal and legal responsibility for any act that violates the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The service is intended for the members and guests of the venue that displays it during the period of use. Users agree not to misuse the link or invite people with no connection to the venue in a way that breaches the venue's own rules. The platform and the venue's management have the full right to block any account that breaches this condition, immediately and without prior notice.
The platform collects only the basic data needed to operate the service (such as a display name and preferred time). You acknowledge and agree that this data is shown to other members at the same venue for the purpose of coordinating play. The platform undertakes not to sell or share this data with any third party, and session data is deleted automatically once the day ends, to ensure the highest levels of privacy and technical security. The platform makes its best efforts to keep the service stable and available around the clock. However, given the nature of technical services, the platform is not responsible for any temporary interruption resulting from maintenance or circumstances beyond its control. In all cases, the maximum financial compensation to a subscribing venue, in the event of any fault or claim, is limited to a refund of the subscription value for the current month in which the fault occurred, and no additional compensation may be claimed.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
Sport involves inherent risk of injury. You decide whether, with whom, and how to play, and you participate entirely at your own risk. Supervision of any minor remains the responsibility of their parent or guardian. NearestGame's role is strictly technical — it only provides a tool for members to connect, agree, and coordinate. NearestGame bears no responsibility for the readiness, condition, safety, or quality of the courts, facilities, or sports equipment provided by the venue; that responsibility rests entirely with the venue or the party operating the facility. NearestGame fully and absolutely disclaims any legal, civil, or criminal responsibility for any physical injury, accident, property damage, or dispute occurring between members before, during, or after activities coordinated through it.

إن منصة (NearestGame) هي أداة تقنية وسيطة لتنسيق الأوقات والأنشطة بين أعضاء المكان الذي يعرضها فقط. لا تتحمل المنصة، أو مالكها، أو المكان المستضيف، أي مسؤولية قانونية أو مدنية أو جنائية عن تصرفات، أو سلوكيات، أو أقوال، أو أفعال المستخدمين أثناء اللقاءات أو الألعاب. يتحمل كل مستخدم كامل المسؤولية الشخصية والنظامية عن أي تصرف يخالف الأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
الخدمة مخصصة لأعضاء وضيوف المكان الذي يعرضها خلال فترة الاستخدام. يلتزم المستخدم بعدم إساءة استخدام الرابط أو دعوة أشخاص لا صلة لهم بالمكان بما يخالف أنظمة المكان نفسه. للمنصة ولإدارة المكان الحق الكامل في حظر أي حساب يخالف هذا الشرط فوراً ودون سابق إنذار.
تقوم المنصة بجمع البيانات الأساسية اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة فقط (مثل الاسم المستعار والوقت المفضّل). تقر كمستخدم بالموافقة على إظهار هذه البيانات للأعضاء الآخرين في نفس المكان لغرض تنسيق اللعب. تلتزم المنصة بعدم بيع أو مشاركة هذه البيانات مع أي أطراف ثالثة، ويتم مسح بيانات الجلسة تلقائياً فور انتهاء اليوم لضمان أعلى مستويات الخصوصية والأمان التقني. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
تبذل المنصة أقصى جهودها لضمان استقرار الخدمة وعملها على مدار الساعة. ومع ذلك، ونظراً لطبيعة الخدمات التقنية، فإن المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي انقطاع مؤقت ناتج عن أعمال الصيانة أو الأعطال الخارجة عن الإرادة. وفي كل الأحوال، يقتصر الحد الأقصى للتعويض المالي للمكان المشترك في حال حدوث أي عطل أو مطالبة على إعادة قيمة اشتراك الشهر الحالي الذي وقع فيه العطل فقط، ولا تحق المطالبة بأي تعويضات إضافية.
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسَّر وفقاً للأنظمة والقوانين السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية. وفي حال نشوء أي نزاع يتعذر حله ودياً، يكون الاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في مدينة الرياض.
تنطوي الرياضة على مخاطر إصابة متأصلة. أنت من يقرر ما إذا كنت ستلعب ومع من وكيف، وتشارك على مسؤوليتك الشخصية بالكامل. تبقى مسؤولية الإشراف على أي قاصر على عاتق وليّه أو والديه. ودور نيرست قيم تقني بحت — فهي توفّر فقط أداة للأعضاء للتواصل والاتفاق والتنسيق. لا تتحمل نيرست قيم أي مسؤولية عن مدى جاهزية أو سلامة أو جودة الملاعب أو المرافق أو المعدات الرياضية التي يوفّرها المكان؛ وتبقى هذه المسؤولية بالكامل على عاتق المكان أو الجهة المشغّلة للمرفق. وتخلي نيرست قيم مسؤوليتها القانونية (المدنية والجنائية) بشكل كامل ومطلق عن أي إصابة جسدية أو حادث أو ضرر مادي أو خلاف قد يقع بين الأعضاء قبل أو أثناء أو بعد الأنشطة المنسّقة عبرها.
